Hi i wondered if anyone could help with this problem please. I bought my son a 2GB iitronics mp3 player two years ago and it has always been easy to sync music on wmp ver11 and no problems.
Recently even if wmp says that there is 700MB of free memory if you sync something else it goes on ok but then when you run through the list of albums certains ones when you try to play say level up and you cant access them.
Just wondered if any of you clever people out there have any suggestions to try. One thing i did think was upgrading the firmware but you dont appear to be able to gain access to their website anymore.
