[Inactive] Dr Watson Debugger Error

Hey Mods

I need your help, am new here. I have a problem, whenever I open My Documents, I get an error saying Windows encountered a problem, and another saying Dr Watson Debugger could not run.

Please help me, as I am not able to access my documents at all. I tried disabling the dr watson debugger, but am getting the windows encountered a problem error.
