[Inactive] SUPERAntiSpyware has been picking up multiple threats

Forgive my dumb-ness when it comes to computer stuff.

Last week, my scan picked up 3000+ attempted Trojan attacks (I have
screenprints). Today's scan showed "Disable.TaskManger"; Rogue.MalwareDefense; Rogue.PaladinAnitvirus; Rookit.Agent/Gen-TDS & Rookit.Agent/TDS.

I do run McAfee since it came with Yahoo when I bought the PC(2004).
Do I need both SUPERAntiSpyware & McAfee? Does it cause problems using
both?

Also, my PC has "turned itself" off & when I reboot, I have these weird desktop
Icons that I did not put there. (have a screenprint of that too)

I have gotten the Blue Screen twice with the message:
Stop: 0X0000007E ( 0XC0000005, 0X80506ED7, OXF7A155B8 & 0XF7A152B4)

I have a Dell 4700 & run Windows XP

Any advice/help you can give me would be appreciated.

Thank you.
