Intel Core Ultra 9 285K CPU-Z and Blender benchmarks underwhelm, but questions remain

Zen 5's improvements focused on enhancing enterprise and server software performance, not desktop software or games.
You base your opinion solely on how Zen5 performs on old desktop software. What is Zen5 performance if new desktop software is used? To give Some idea, read https://www.phoronix.com/review/ryzen-9600x-9700x

Not all software there is new but anyway desktop software too gets big boost on Zen5. You probably base your opinion on Techspot etc benchmarks with antique software. Those again, show basically nothing about Zen5 improvements.

Just because the desktop versions come first doesn't mean the architecture hasn't been designed for laptops in mind over desktops.
That basically makes no sense because Intel was already planning laptop only chip, Lunar Lake, around same time frame as Arrow Lake. Also Raptor Lake proved Intel wants to have desktop performance crown at any price. No matter if CPU consumes 350+ watts or even broke down.

This site has dozens of articles on consumer CPUs for every enterprise one.

It has more articles on outer space than data center CPUs. So, again, acting like the default is EPYC rather than Ryzen is flawed.
Outer space lol, tbh you are acting more and more like you are from outerspace ^^
I repplied to you saying this site is not about datacenter CPU's, which is incorrect, it's about all sorts of things related AMD and that includes datecenter CPU as in the techspot article I linked to.
