Internet Explorer 5 Startup

Everytime i load up internet explorer the dial up box goes behind the main window, the links bar appears and so does the search window.

I have closed the links and search windows but as with dial up connection box Internet explorer loads up and the problems come back.

Please help, its really starting to bug me!!!
