Internet related programs won't work!

I think it may be Sdra64
The problem is... I can't open my MSN or internet to get the files I need!
Chrome continually crashes, and IE just won't open!

I know I have a virus. sdra64.exe. None of the fixes are working! It won't let me open task manager! My virus scans fail! Help!!!

If you read 8-step Virus Removal and followed all of the steps, you would have downloaded a couple software's and would have posted their logs, so please read it again.

Here are three downloads to scan your computer. Please post the logs after the scans.
