OK, i have run ewido and here is the new HJT log file. Task Manager appears to be working now. Is there more I should do? Thanks.

Thanks so much for your help. This program I believe was a trail version for backing up my data to a network storage, however, I don't use it. I use Autobackup now. Thanks. Dave.

Seeing as you no longer use the programme, may I suggest you uninstall it to prevent it from using system resources.
