Well, in western media including Techspot, the first impression on anything coming from Iran or any entity resistant to US imperialism is false, made-up news or fabricated news...! That's an automated response being used for decades now and it will never change...!
You'd think somebody would, you know, live in Bahrain and could see if it was all blown up or not. It doesn't seem like something that should be a matter of speculation.
I have seen that "before and after" satellite pic linked to, but it's then got a "Google Earth" style 3D rendering above it, and graphics strewn all over, it could be real or it could be entirely done in Photoshop or something. That said, Times of India did (besides showing the pic linked to) mention the air raids sirens in Bahrain going off around that time, so I'm assuming this is a real strike to be honest.
Side note -- if you want an interesting perspective on things, do check Times of India now and then. They aren't western, middle eastern, or Asian media but have an international English service like BBC does. You'll read about the darndest stuff on there. Since this is a tech site... they had an article about how Russian military planes have been found to have civilian Garmins in the cockpits; the Rusian GLONASS navigation system is fully operational and has been for a good decade or two. But they never got the GLONASS *receivers* designed for their military planes, and since the Russian planes all use Soviet-era specs for electrical busses, data busses, etc., they couldn't just buy instruments meant for like an Airbus, Boeing, or Learjet, Embraer, etc. and fit them into the planes either. They pointed out as a consequence, some of the planes with guided air-to-surface missiles, they were firing them off unguided, the plane can't 'set up' the guidance without knowing it's own precise location.
