"IRQl_not_less_or_equal" Error. Help?

Hello, first post, and unfortunately it is about the dreaded "IRQl_not_less_or_equal" BSOD error. I am new, and I don't know how to fix this. If anyone can help walk me through this, it would be very very appreciated! This has gone on for awhile, and it has to stop! Please and thank you for any help!

Post any minidumps and go here to find info on some simple preliminary BSOD tests:

I am running windows 7. I am having trouble finding where the files are kept. Do you know where?

"You can find your minidumps in the following directory. C:\windows\minidump

Minidump files have a .dmp extension"...

Can you find the directory named in BLUE?
