Is the Radeon HD 6470M any good?

Ok i am new here and i am doing CCE at university and this is my first year of university so i am pretty new to computer busniss and i would really like to have a huge knowledge about them :) To start i just want to know if
Generic PnP Monitor (1366x768@60Hz)
Radeon (TM) HD 6470M (HP)
is a good graphic card and what game can be played on it?
also you may find that i will be asking a lot of questions but i think that no one has been borned knowing everything :) so i will try to be as much as smart as you guys and thank you in advance

The monitor is fine, but some games may require a lot more of it. We would need to know so much more about your hardware configuration, and what is installed... operating system, and hardware... It is difficult to answer without knowing operating system, installed memory... On first look, you are probably OK, but games can be very demanding of many components, beginning with the motherboard and power supply.
If this is an HP computer, tell us more.

Here you go :)
Oh and i got about 100$ to spend so please tell me what can i upgrade i was thinking of another 4GB stick of ram

Go to some of the sites that will occasionally have reviews of video graphics cards... you can find them with a Gurgle search... Tom's Hardware is good, PC Mechanic, PC Computer Profile, Hardware Central, Tweak Central, Annoyances.com, WhatIs?.Com, Answers That Work, TweakXP.com, PC Technician Guide, A+ Tech Support... all used to be helpful... There are probably 300 of them you can find with a query.
