i found process ishost.exe and ismon.exe running when i run an unknow exe program.
i did a hijack system check and attached the log file.

The help is very appreciated!

Post a fresh HJT log into this thread, only after doing the above.

sorry, the hjk log i posted is after i killed ishost.exe and ismon.exe, here is the log after i did a restart.
and i will follow your instruction and post a new one.
