Hi everyone, not sure if this is the right place to ask but, here it goes. Tuesday, I tried a new program to convert a video so I could put it on my iTouch. Everything went well until I tried to put it from my iTune to my iTouch, my whole iTouch got wiped out. I restored it several times and after a few I was able to get everything back except my music, so I deleted the converted video from my iTunes and tried again but still no music. "unkwown error occured (6)." No one at Apple even knows what an error 6 is.
I know this was the only forum that help me with me Toshiba laptop the last time so I am really hoping that someone can also help me with this problem too. I haven't dared to try to convert anything again but I still want to and I did pay for that program. My other friends said that it works wonderfully for them.
