I am using an eight year old Asus PC and still using Windows 7...I hate change. I've been getting messages for months from MS that I no longer have support or updates. Actually everything has been working perfectly until several days ago. I wanted to back up my iPhone XR to my PC, but when I opened iTunes only a "skeleton" of iTunes appeared. All of the menus, folders, etc. were inactive. When I connected my device to the PC it did not show up anywhere. I have about 2000 songs in iTunes and don't want to lose then. What should I do? I am a novice when it comes to tech stuff. Any ideas? I just don't understand how this happened.
