I just got a new computer and i was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on how to make it run to its potential? Here are the specs:

I know some people reformat and reinstall xp as soon as they buy a new pc. I've heard some claims that systems come with so much stuff installed(that's not needed) that they are only running at 70-80% of the maximum possible speed due to all the programs installed from the factory.

Other than that, you can try some new drivers and see which ones are the best.

If you still need more power, overclocking could be an option.
