Keyboard Problems

Hey Guys,
I just bought a new keyboard, and half the keys don't work. A few do, and the hotkeys do, but at least half the board is dead. I'm going to take it apart, but just wanted to see if you guys have any ideas. Thanks.

If it is "NEW" return it and get a different one. Is it a media keyboard? Do you have the drivers/software for it?

Hey thanks for the response, sorry I took so long to get back. I ended up returning it.
