Well randomly I have solved the problem. The other thing that changed was that my girl friend moved in with me and we transferred her internet account here. She had the one speed slower internet than mine I called them and upgraded the internet speed and bam its awesome again. THANKS!

I thought the problem was fixed but it's not. Still continues to happen. I have lowered the settings and I have finally discovered thath the issue is my fps drop all of a sudden for some reason.

What games do you have the problem with? Online and offline?
I had a problem with games using a USB Wireless N device before. Was something related to it searching for other wireless networks to check it was connected to the best one available that would cause little pauses in World Of Warcraft. Just something to test if that is the kind of issue you are experiencing.
