Lag in the game on the Internet

hi guys!
I have a been playing Outspark fiesta for around a week
I have been lagging badly , i could not get what the main problem is as i fulfill all requirement
the game demand for playing
my configuration their demanding configuration
internet speed 256kbps 256kbps
hard disk space 4gb 3gb
OS Windows XP Windows XP, Windows Vista
RAM 1.5gb 1gb
Graphics Card Radeon 9550 nVIDIA GeForce TI or Radeon
9200
DirectX DirectX9.0 higher DirectX 9.0c or higher
cpu speed 2.6ghz (dual core) not recommended
please help me guys ! if i am missing something

Outspark has troubleshooting guides available. I would check those out but I would also scan your system for malware (viruses and spyware) What protections are you using now?

antimalware Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.29
