Language box must go from screen

Hello,
I have a 22" gateway monitor , HD2200.

For whatever reason, at start up it will show a large box in the lower right corner area asking for what language I wish to use!

ENGLISH has a checkmark next to it.

There doesn't seem to be an easy way through the menu system to turn this off?!

You can clear it easily but this is inside of an arcade enclosure, can't remove the glass each time.

I absolutely have to have this turned off so it never appears again.

Does anyone know how to rid my screen from this ?

2007 vintage. Your monitor may no longer be able to remember instructions. Maybe flash memory is worn out or there is a dead CMOS battery. You may only be able to solve this by replacing it. Try swapping to see if problem goes away.
