Laptop Monitor does not connect to Graphic Card

I do not have your model, but I wondered if I could help somehow.

Do you think it may need more power to support switching - are you trying with charger plugged in?

Are you using the latest Windows 8.1 driver and do the GPUs appear in Device Manager? (sadly there is no updated Windows 10 driver)

It looks to me that possible functionality is lost as the drivers are not working with the Windows 10 OS.

You should see both the onboard and the nvida in the Device Manager and without any red flag-- is this true?

Yes my charger is plugged in, I'm using the latest driver version and GPU is appearing in Devices Manager.

Thank you for your support.
