Looking for this driver

Hi

I am in need of this driver for my PC
Audio Device on High Definiton Audio Bus Driver
I have know idea what drivers i need i have no sound drivers installed nothing i have tryed worked my PC did not come with any driver cd. i looked all over The internet for free driver download or ansers with no luck. i'v seem to hit rock bottem on this one.

If any one is willing to help out and shad some light that would be nice.

We will need to know the make and model of the computer or the make and model of the motherboard if its a custom computer.
