I have been running Microsoft money 2004 oem for about 6 years, then I download Money 2007 from this site, so at a later date I could convert all my data files over to quicken software. This is because of Microsoft withdrawning support to all money programmes from January 2011.
I backed up all my money programmes onto external drive.
Since I down load the money 2007 it has locked up all my files and I can't access them, the passwords do not word and a message comes on my screen and said " you can't access these files as they are read only"
Can anyone that has experience this type of problem help me recover my missing data.
