Lots of popups from popuppers >.<

i Ran adaware, spybot , and norton antivirus in both regular and safe mode, but can't seem to stop these popups .
They seem to be caused by popuppers, sending me to see advertisment sites.
Need help to get rid of these popups. here is my hijack this log.

They seem to be caused by that next06.exe you have running.

Try booting to safe mode and deleting that file, it's in Windows directory.

I'm not sure about all those IE's Downloaded Program Files entries (O16), there are many I haven't heard about.

Go and read the Trojan Pakes and other nasties preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as an attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
