Machine Hanging...

Hi,
My machine not working properly,in all mornings it hangs .It not even get in tha oS.I installed the os also changed the hard disc but it is not working.But it get inside the os in all SAFEMODE.can u help me guys?

If you can enter safemode then try uninstalling programs one by one.
If you just reinstalled your OS and it still has problems then try cleaning your computer of dust inside it's case and remove and put back you video card and ram.
