Inactive Malware- svchost problem i think

Hey guys,

I speak french but I will do my best.
My computer slow down a little bit and I'm not sure what's going on.
I think svchost is using too much memory and I did a malwarbytes scan.
I saw you did this in this forum, so here it is.
it will be great helping my little computer, I dont want him to die!

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.

Please, observe following rules:
