Inactive MbamService Terminated Unexpectedly: see event log for details

Hello, my name is Latisha and I am in desperate need. I am helping my aunt who's not well versed in the techy area with her laptop. I am guessing she may have a spy/malware problem.She normally just plays FREE HP online games, checks facebook and email on this laptop. It's a windows 7, vision AMD laptop, a little over 2 years old. We started having a problem about a week ago with this error popping up and I was not able to get on to my normal wifi connection. (not a secured wifi but a public wifi in my building)
MbamService Terminated Unexpectedly: see event log for details.
She was browsing the hp games website and decided to clean the keyboard, powered it of and used a semi damp cloth and cleaned the keeboard, when the computer powered back up, this error appeared. She has not been able to access the internet (IE) since. I have the laptop at my home now using my secured wifi connection so I am using CHROME to get on this site, but the error did pop up at startup.

• Never rename Combofix unless instructed.
• Close any open browsers.
• Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
• Very Important! Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan. They can interfere with ComboFix or remove some of its embedded files which may cause "unpredictable results".
• Click on this link to see a list of programs that should be disabled. The list is not all inclusive. If yours is not listed and you don't know how to disable it, please ask.
• Close any open browsers.
• WARNING: Combofix will disconnect your machine from the Internet as soon as it starts
• Please do not attempt to re-connect your machine back to the Internet until Combofix has completely finished.
• If there is no internet connection after running Combofix, then restart your computer to restore back your connection.

You only need to get one of these to run, not all of them. You may get warnings from your antivirus about this tool, ignore them or shutdown your antivirus.

Restart computer in safe mode

• Double-click on the Rkill desktop icon to run the tool.
• If using Vista or Windows 7 right-click on it and choose Run As Administrator.
• A black DOS box will briefly flash and then disappear. This is normal and indicates the tool ran successfully.
• If not, delete the file, then download and use the one provided in Link 2.
• Do not reboot until instructed.
• If the tool does not run from any of the links provided, please let me know.

When the scan is done Notepad will open with rKill.txt log.
NOTE. rKill.txt log will also be present on your desktop.

Once you've gotten one of them to run, immediately run your_name.exe by double clicking on it.

IF you had to run rKill post BOTH logs, rKill.txt and Combofix.txt.
