Mini111107.01.dmp Problem System Reboots

Hi All,
If some one could help it would be much appreciated. I have built a machine with tthe following spec: Athlon 6400+ Black Edition
k9N SLI motherboard AM2
4Gb od 6400 DDR2
768Mb Geforce 8800GTX grahics card
Creative soundblaster X-51 ExGamer card
Gygabyte odin GT800W power supply
400Gb Seagate Barraccuda Drive SATA2

All running on Windows XP 64bit. I keep getting the system rebooting and displaying the error "your system has recovered from a serious error" I have attached the following dmp files can anyone help??

Are you running any trend micro firewall/software? If so, remove all, run a good registry cleaner and reinstall what you need.

Please note that Trend Micro software causes some Windows systems to become unstable. Your minidumps tell me that yours is one of these

Hi Thanks for a quick reply, I am running the windows firewall along side Avast's free virus software. I will remove Avast and see if the problem persists.
