Wondered if anyone can help. I want to get my computer to talk to a new MPman MP3 player. The computer uses ME edition of windows. I can get the player to be recognised by the computer and starts update, but the player always loses contact with the computer before it is properly loaded. I can find the player under the device manager, but it claims to have a problem. We previously used another MP3 player on the same computer and that worked fine. We have removed all the old devices and software by going in under safe mode, but always get the same response. We know the MP3 player is ok as it works straight away on another computer. Does anyone know what the conflict is? Many thanks - Tony
