dump file attached from a few months ago which i saved in a temp dir.

anyone able to get any info out of this file?

Any advice and any help with this continuing stop error issues?

Thanks for the link but when i try and run the update it states-

Setup has detected that the service pack version of this system is newer than the update you are applying.

There is no need to install this update.

ITS Error code 000000d1, parameter1 00000036, parameter2 d0000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 f726a0bf.

Is anyone able to pull the info out from the memory dump file?

0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
The system attempted to access pageable memory using a kernel process IRQL that was too high. The most typical cause is a bad device driver (one that uses improper addresses). It can also be caused faulty or mismatched RAM, or a damaged pagefile.

In your case your minidump points to Storport.sys. Also in the mix is cqmgstor executibble (cqmgstor.exe) which is an HP driver specifically their Storage Agents.

Check out this link connecting HP and Storpot.sys issues:

Lastly, is your firmware updated on on your drives and controllers?

Thanks for your handy leads. Although still facing some hurdles.

I followed that link you have above.

i removed this Microsoft KB932755 update and rebooted.

I tried to install the hotfix from HP- ProLiant servers running 32-bit versions of Windows Server 2003:
* HP ProLiant Smart Array SAS/SATA Controller Driver (HPCISSS2.SYS) for Windows Server 2003 Version 6.2.0.32 (or later)

However it says that there is no need for this to run as it is already installed.

After rebooting the server im getting-
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
i8042prt
EVENT ID- 7026

any ideas?
