MSI k9nbpm2-fid & Am2 5000+ problem.

Hello,

I just installed a MSI k9nbpm2-fid and an Am2 5000, and when I turn it on it just beeps 2-3 times.

The beeps are real quick and short, and I don't get a picture. I pulled it out of the case and re-seated the memory and got a picture, I re-installed it in the case and added my 3870 OC video card and got the beeping again.

What gives? Anyone happen to know what the problems are? Any help would be wonderful.

Did you use motherboard standoffs so the motherboard tray doesn't touch the bottom of the motherboard (except at the standoffs)?

Sorry for the late reply, yep I sure did. I have no idea what could be the problem. I checked and double checked for grounding issues.
