Multimedia Video Controller Driver Help Me

i have a tv tuner and i decided to put it in my computer
i dont hav a driver for it and i tried to use the Unknown Device Indentifier but i cant find it on it. i was wondering if someone can help me find the driver.
the info is:
Device Id: PCI\VEN_4444&DEV_0016&SUBSYS_813D104D&REV_01\4&10BD256C&0&08F0
BusCI
vendor: microsoft
it says sony on the card if that helps.

Does it have an FC ID on it or have any mfg. name brand?
