Multiple IE, firefox, opera, chrome processes

Hi, I have 2 or 3 processes of IEXPLORE.EXE, CHROME.EXE, etc, in my task manager, and they wont go away when i try to end process on them (I tried to taskkill and it didn't work either). I followed the 8-step Virus\Spyware\Malware Preliminary Removal Instructions but all the scans said 0 threats, viruses, etc. I used the LSPFix but it didn't find any 'rlls.dll'

I still have multiple browser processes and the internet lags terrible... Is there any solution? (any other different from formatting?)
