My computer freezes a few moments after startup

Ok this started happened a couple weeks ago. Whenever I turn on my computer, it will freeze after awhile and it seems like to me like it is charging up or something because after freezing and manual restarting via the power button, it works like a charm after that. Another reason is that just today as usual it freezed and then when I restarted, I got attacked by a BSOD. But after that I proceeded to use my computer as per normal and nothing happened. So, it might have something to do with it not accumulating enough power for itself or smth? I dunno.

Another thing is my computer has 8GB of ram, but just recently it became 8GB(6.99GB usable).
I did a memtest and had a problem on Test 4 with a 65535+ error (error confidence value:136 if it helps).
And being 8GB of ram it should have 4 2GB of ram in my system but the system scan showed it having only 3. The computer specs are at the bottom this post.

I have been using this computer for around 5 years now so maybe that is a problem too?

Here are some information that might help you guys figure out this problem of mine.

Under the event log, these are some of the things I took note of:
(The timing is backwards and it all happened in the same day)

Any tips/ opinions will be much obliged.

BSOD's produce minidumps. Minidumps provide clues to problems. Post any minidumps by Going to C:\windows\minidump and select all the .dmp files. Right-click sending these files to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload this folder as a file to your post
