your post is a bit of croc! He installed HJT correctly in its OWN directory.
I only suggest where: put it in e.g. C:\Program Files\HJT

Your log is perfectly clean, but you DO have an excessive amount of McAfee programs running, that must slow down your PC considerably!
Replacing McAfee with the free AVG + Sygate Firewall, plus running Spybot and Adaware on a regular base will speed up that PC considerably.
Run HJT and let it fix these unnecessary entries:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_03\bin\jusched.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
Uninstall that Google toolbar, stop using IE (except for windoze-updates) and go to www.getfirefox.com
