My keypad can't be used.

My keypad can't be used, someone tell me maybe it's virus,Is any software to kill it,how can Ideal with it

Do you have a seperate USB number pad or are you talking about the number pad attached to your keyboard? If you have a seperate USB number pad then you may need to install its driver. If you are talking about a number pad attached to a keyboard and only the number pad does not work then the keyboard is broken and needs to be replace or you need to push Num Lock to use the number keys.
