My Month Without a Smartphone

This reminds me of the iPhones with broken screens I see on an almost daily basis.
Get a case people.
Repeat after me - Silicone, Gel, Rubber, Otterbox.
Oh, and screw Samsung's "customer service."

As someone who has gone much longer than a month without one, at age 19, I can honestly say it's not that difficult. You get accustomed pretty fast to not having it, especially if you keep yourself busy.

You've bought an S7, work in tech, rediculously reliant on your e-crutch, and yet don't have a spare smartphone? Seems odd. That's one story that reminds anyone so reliant on their phone that they need a backup.

If you have to dig that deep to come up with 280 dollars/pounds etc. to get ANY phone such that you don't have the money for an inexpensive temp backup, you may seriously want to start questioning your financial health while waiting for that replacement. If you live that close to the edge (pun not intended), maybe you shouldn't be buying top of the line phones to start with.

Just to point out that the image of your phone,, and the video of Tim at 1:29 is showing EXACTLY the same cracks... And the same finger... And the same desk.
