Naming Cars !

I was wondering the other day what kind of monumental c*** thought of naming McLaren's upcoming supercar as MP4-12C ............ I mean comeon would anyone want to tell their gf 'i am going to take you out in my MP4-12C' !!

Just thank god they aren't owned by MItsubishi....could have ended up being called the CubicZirconia Super Grand GLIVT Luxury Touring FXSTEVO XXXIV

keep in mind that they have also made a model of the car every year all the way up to XXXIV ... xD

Well i agree atleast its better than what Porche's Boxter Spyder's (mind you it has a tent on it ) Gear Box is called: Doppelkupplungsgetriebe

Another one that always bothered me. The Mazda Mazdaspeed 3 or 6 or whatever. When you say it to someone they think you have a stuttering problem. Its like they cant get their manufacturers name in there enough.
