My display just developed a 2" x 3" 'bright' spot in the upper left corner. In other words, it displays the image correctly, but that one area is brighter in color than the rest of the image. The display is only about 4 months old. Any ideas as to what would cause this and how to troubleshoot?

The display is only about 4 months old

First check if any high voltage equipment near LHS of display, and test by relocating your display.

Then return to manufacture under warranty
