Need assistance with new PC

So, I am unsure of where to post this, but I am slightly frustrated and annoyed. My PC will not power up ( No lights, no sound, no movement.)

I have a ROsewell Dual Fan case
EVGA 500W power supply
MSI H81M-P33 Mother Board
Intel 4 Pantium CPU
EVGA GeForce 960 Graphics Card

I have looked to see if anything was missing or out of place or disconnected, even looked at some sites to try and "assist" myself.

Everything fits in place nice and easy, but nothing powers up.

Also it is brand new (all parts) It does not even have an OS installed yet.

Recommend you disassemble and reassemble step by step outside of the case ("breadboard build").
