Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Go and read the Trojan Pakes and other nasties preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

hjt log

thanks...but i'm very sorry because i wasn't able to save my avg anti-spyware report...anyway...here's my hjt logfile...thanks again...

Download the Pocket Killbox programme from HERE. Extract it but don`t run it yet.

You might want to copy and paste these instructions into a notepad file. Then you can have the file open in safe mode, so you can follow the instructions easier.

Turn off system restore.(XP/ME only) See how here.> http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial56.html

Boot into safe mode, under your normal user name(NOT THE ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT). See how here.> http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial61.html

In Windows Explorer, turn on "Show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how here.> http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial62.html

Run HJT with no other programmes open(except notepad). Click the scan button. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {13519D1F-5C0D-DBFC-A3E2-082EFD5A5557} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\rrqjlhb.dll (file missing)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [kreinqf.dll] C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\kreinqf.dll,bvauple

O4 - Startup: .protected

O4 - Global Startup: .protected

O20 - Winlogon Notify: wineak32 - wineak32.dll (file missing)

Click on the fix checked button.

Close HJT.

Run the killbox.exe file. When it loads type the full path to the file you would like to delete in the field and check the delete file on reboot button. press the Delete File button (looks like a red circle with a white X). It will prompt you to reboot, select no until you have finished inputting the files you want to delete, only then allow it to reboot and hopefully your files will now be deleted. If your computer doesn`t automatically restart, restart it manually.

This is the filepath you need to enter into killbox.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\kreinqf.dll

Once your system has rebooted, turn system restore back on and rehide your protected OS files.

Post a fresh HJT log and an AVG antispyware log, follow the instructions on how to post an AVG Antispyware log, I really need to see it. Also, let me know how your system is running.

avg and hjt logs...

howard_hopkinso...thanks for the advices...i hope you will be able to help more people who are not computer adepts, like me...

Click start/run and type msconfig into the run box and press the enter key. Click the startup tab and look for and untick anything that says protected. Click apply/ok You will be prompted to reboot your system. After your system has rebooted, you will see a window that says you have used msconfig to make changes etc. Tick the little box that says not to run msconfig the next time you start your computer and click ok.

Run HJT and have HJT fix these two entries if there.

O4 - Startup: .protected
O4 - Global Startup: .protected

Click the fix checked button.

Close HJT.

Once their gone, your HJT log is clean.

If you have any further virus/spyware problems, please post in this thread.
