I have been working on this all weekend. I've ran superantispyware, antimalware, ccleaner, rogueremover, smitfraudfix, and hijackthis. I cleaned up most of the problems, but still can't access microsoft support. I believe i have virus. If anybody knows how to get rid of this, please let me know. Thanks a bunch.
