Need Help Wiring M Pro MB with Case I have

I purchased a dual Pentium III IBM MPro server motherboard with the intention of sticking it into this tall server/like case that I have...plenty of room, lots of air flow. Well, I'm not sure how to go about wiring the board to the case. I have the wiring harness with the correct connector to plug into the MB but the problem is wiring the other end to the case wires shown below.

The Green is labeled Power LED
The Black is labeled Power Switch
The Orange is labeled Reste Switch
The Yellow is labeled H.H.D. LED 1
The Red is labeled H.H.D. LED 2

Here's what the other end of the wiring harness for the MB looks like.

The wiring harness has from left to right a white, black, green, yellow, red, orange, and a bare wire. The far left is some sort of filler stuff I guess.

Any advice and/or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I have 2 1 Ghz P3's and 1 GB of RDRAM just waiting to be tested.
