Inactive Need help with a persistent Google redirect!

Hello, I have been attempting to remove a very persistent google redirect maleware for a week now. I have used Spybot S&D, Malewarebytes, Hitman, and ComboFix, in an attempt to remove this. Sometimes it will go away for a day or a few hours but it always seems to return. Any help that could be given for my situation would be greatly appreciated! Here is my HijackThis log file:
