need help with computer

my computer was working fine untill lots of lime green dots started showing up on my screen and i was wondering if its my lcd screen going out or my video card if anyone knows please rite me.

The easiest thing to do is borrow a monitor, plug it in & see if you still get the dots. If so, then you've narrowed it down to the PC.
Now beg someone for their (Compatible) video card - or remove yours and try the Onboard if so equipped - and try that.

If not, it's monitor related.
