Need help with Itunes and Microsoft Media player

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if there is a simple way to export my ITunes music library to my Microsoft Media Player. I want to put music on my Blackberry and the only way how that I know of is through Media Player. I dont want to burn many many disks just to rip them to Media Player so I can put it on my BlackBerry. Does anyone have any helpful hints. (I am NOT computer smart so I need laymans terms please!) Thanks for any help I can get.
