Need your advice for a problem

the last month i was building a new "budget" comp for networking and a little gaming. So here the part in my problem
mobo xfx MG-61Mi-7059
intel celeron dualcore
Thermaltake 430W
Crucial 2048MB PC5400 DDR2 667MHz

The problem is than my amybios make 2 beep (one of the hardware has failed the test) in the startup, the screen got image and i can't do something.
update i've test the ram and it good

i think that the mobo is doa but i don't know how to test it
