Suddenly, my internet connection has started acting wierd. Whenever I am downloading something, it says it's coming down at regular speeds, 100kb/s - 1000kb/s, but it's actually only doing that during the short period of these spikes.
I now see that my post count must be 5 or higher to post images or links. So I'll describe the spikes for you.
Using task manager > network, I see on the graph spikes in my network activity, the more I try to use the internet, the higher the spikes. They are really "narrow" and occur every 10-20seconds, at a regular heartbeat.
I tried restarting my router, no change. What could be causing this?
