New Build, No Display

Alright, so I just got done with my first PC build the other day only to find out that there is no display. The video card fan spins, everything lights up, no beeps or anything of that nature coming from the computer, but no display. I am trying to find the source of the problem and have had no luck thus far.

Specs:
Case: Apevia XDreamer Green with 420W power supply

Processor: Intel Pentium E5200 2.5 ghz

RAM: 4 GB (honestly forgot brand at the moment... but compatible)

Motherboard: MSI P43 Neo3

DVD Drive: LG GH22LP20 with Lightscribe

Harddrive: Western Digital Caviar 320gb

Video Card: XFX NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT

I double checked the wires and all looks well. I am honestly looking for any option on why it is not working. I have been told that it may be the power supply but I am looking for other options before having to replace that.

You dont need a crazy psu for your build, I clicked on the thread, just saw "build," and thought ok, someone needs help with a build. First thing I was going to say "replace the psu with a quality one." And that was before I realized you'd already built it.

Do you have an old video card you can test out?

Are you getting no beeps at start up. If not I'd go with the psu.

Also do you have or know anyone with another psu you can test the system out with?
