New Core 2 Duo Computer Upgrade

Hey, I'm building a computer for gaming but I need some help this is my build so far I don't know much about computers so your help is very much appreciated.

I guess I need help with a few stuff first of all I need to know what cooling I need for all this stuff I don't think the CPU or Motherboard chipset comes with cooling and I keep reading things that tell me I need cooling I picked out a CPU fan what other kind of fans am I going to need?

I need 1 GB of RAM and it can't be slow, what would you recommend? (I was looking at Corsair...)

Is everything I picked out compatiable?

any suggestions to anything?

I need my system to play the newest games, be stable, compatiable, I do not wish to over clock, and I don't want it to overheat...
