New CPU Installed!

I have a Pentinum 4 3.2 ghz installed on a ASUS P4C800. I am also using Windows XP home version. Everytime my computer is restarted or turned on i get this error message

A new CPU has been installed! Press F1 now to confiugre settings or F2 to load default settings.
F1 Enter Setup
F2 Load default settings and continue

My ROM battery is fine and it holds the time settings perfectly, I have no idea why it keeps picking up a new cpu everytime.

Have you tried resetting the CMOS or upgrading the BIOS? Really I'd be tempted to just leave it as is, but if hitting F1 is annoying to you I think those are your only options.
