New Motherboard Help

I've been looking at this motherboard for a system I'm going to build...

The confusing stuff....

I'm not sure what they mean by... "(Support DDR2 533MHz While Using FSB 533/1066 CPU)."

Does this mean I can only use 533MHz RAM with 1066 FSB processor?
